At MeeMi, we value your privacy above all else. Our core principle is simple: We do not want your data.

NO Account Required: You can use all features of MeeMi without ever creating an account or logging in.
NO Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information (such as name, email, or phone number).
Local Storage Only: Your art journals, preferences, and app data are stored directly on your device, not on our servers.

1. Information We DO NOT Collect

MeeMi is designed to be a private tool for art appreciation and creation. As such:

We do not ask for any registration or login information.
We do not collect your real name, address, or contact details.
We do not track your precise location.
We do not access your contacts or other private files unless you explicitly use a feature that requires it (e.g., saving an image to your gallery), and even then, that data never leaves your device.

2. Local Data Storage

Any content you create within MeeMi, such as your art journals or personal notes, is stored locally on your mobile device. We do not have access to this data. If you delete the app or lose your device, we cannot recover this data for you, as we never possessed it in the first place.

3. AI Features & Interactions

When you interact with our AI Mentor or use AI-based features, your queries are processed to provide you with artistic guidance. These interactions are designed to be transient and anonymous. We do not link these interactions to any personal identity, as no such identity exists within our system.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers (such as Google Play Services or Apple Game Center) solely for app functionality, crash reporting, or basic usage statistics. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share any personally identifiable information with them because we do not collect any.

5. Global Privacy Compliance

Despite not collecting user data, we remain committed to international privacy standards:

CCPA (California): We respect the "Right to Know" and "Right to Delete," which are inherently satisfied by our no-collection policy.
PIPEDA (Canada): We follow strict limitations on data collection and use.
PDPA (Singapore) & Privacy Act (Australia): We ensure that your privacy is protected by design.

MeeMi is safe for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not have your contact information, we encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted within the app.
